Marshall Smith retained his Folkestone 10-Mile Race crown on Friday - and KM Group photographer Barry Goodwin on the course to capture the action.
Smith, of Ashford AC, clocked 55.02sec - almost a minute clear of Tunbridge Wells Harriers’ Dillon Hobbs (56.00). In third was Notts AC’s Will Trease (56.31). There were 764 finishers as Smith claimed a third 10-mile triumph since 2022.

The leading ladies this year were Helen Winsor (Tonbridge AC, 1:02.14), clubmate Nichola Evans (1:02.54) and Petts Wood Runners’ Melody Kane (1:05.57).
